For Employees

  1. Access the Platform - Log in with your invitation link or credentials provided by your organization
  2. View Available Stations - Browse charging stations in your organization and check their real-time availability
  3. Book Your First Slot - Select a time slot that works for you and confirm your booking

For Managers

  1. Complete Setup Wizard - Create your organization's locations and add charging stations
  2. Configure Policies - Set booking rules, time limits, and advance booking restrictions
  3. Invite Team Members - Send invitations to employees who will use the charging stations
  4. Monitor Usage - Use the manager dashboard to track bookings and station utilization

How to Book a Charging Slot

  1. Choose a Station - Browse available charging stations and view their status, power output, and location
  2. Select Time Slot - Pick your preferred start and end times within the station's policy limits
  3. Add Details - Optionally add notes about your charging session
  4. Confirm Booking - Review your booking details and confirm to reserve the slot
