No. ChargeSlot works in any web browser. Residents access it via a link on their phone, tablet, or computer without installing anything.
Yes. Add multiple locations under one account, each with its own chargers. Residents and base rules apply to the whole account; you can set different rules for individual chargers.
Simply invite new residents via email when they move in. They create an account and can immediately start booking charging slots.
The system does not accept bookings that break your rules in the first place. If a dispute still comes up, the booking overview shows who booked when, and you can adjust the rules as needed.
Yes, but without a separate guest role: there are no special rules for guests, every booking follows the same rules. The simplest way is for residents to book a slot for their visitor through their own account; the booking then counts towards their own limits. Alternatively, the property manager creates a shared guest account with its own mailbox and books through it.
